Returns and Exchanges Policy

Products purchased through KOHANAJEWELLERY.COM are not eligible for returns and exchange. 

In case of force majeure, please contact us, and we will review your case individually.

Please note that Kohana Jewellery does not refund duties, taxes, or shipping costs.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery, provided the jewelry is unworn, in its original condition, and includes all original packaging. 

We do not offer refunds on change of mind purchases, incorrect size, or faults made by the customer.

Return Process 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for authorization.

Returns must be shipped using a trackable and secure shipping method.

We are not responsible for lost return shipments.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the refund within 1-2 business days.

The time it takes for funds to be credited depends on the payment provider’s processing times.
